Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it.
  • Email us at hello@WitticismsRus.com or use our contact form.

Returns

  • Contact us as soon as possible.
  • Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
  • Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Damaged in Transit

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging.

Refunds

  • Sale items: non‑refundable.
  • Non‑sale items: refundable within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
  • Buyer covers return shipping.
  • Refunds are issued (minus shipping) once we receive the item back in original condition.

Payment

  • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • Want to cancel? Do it before your order ships. Once it’s out the door, it can’t be canceled.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We ship to the address you provide. Help your order find you by double‑checking your address.
  • Multiple carriers may be used. Our production partner ships through various carriers depending on destination, availability and order details.
  • If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
  • All orders include tracking. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.
  • Delivery times vary. Once your order ships from our production partner, the carrier handles the rest. Carrier delays are beyond our control.

International Buyers

  • Shipping times vary.
  • Customs duties, VAT, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or falsify values. Customs delays are out of our hands.
